1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking without any charges if done:
✅ At least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
✅ Before the driver is assigned to your trip.

2. Late Cancellation Fees

❌ If canceled after driver dispatch: ₹300 penalty (paid directly to the driver) when:

• The taxi has already arrived at your location.

• You cancel within 8 hours of pickup time.

3. No-Show Policy

⚠️ No refunds will be issued if:

• You fail to show up at the pickup location.

• You don’t inform us at least 8 hours before the scheduled trip.

4. Booking Amendments

You can modify your booking (time, vehicle type, or destination) if:
🔄 Requested at least 8 hours before pickup.
🚗 Vehicle upgrades/downgrades depend on availability.

5. Refund Process
