Welcome to One Drop Cab! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our taxi booking services, website (onedropcab.in), and mobile app. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking & Services
✔ Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a ride.
✔ Accuracy: Provide correct pickup/drop locations and contact details.
✔ Cancellation:
Free cancellation if made at least 2 hours before pickup.
Late cancellations may incur a fee (up to 50% of fare).
2. Fares & Payments
✔ Pricing: Fares are fixed based on distance and vehicle type (Sedan/SUV/Tempo).
✔ Included: GST, tolls, and driver charges.
✔ Extra Charges:
Waiting fee: ₹50/30 mins after free waiting period.
Night charges (10 PM–6 AM): +10% of base fare.
✔ Payment Methods: UPI, cards, cash (paid directly to driver).
3. User Responsibilities
✔ Safety: Wear seatbelts; no smoking/drinking in cabs.
✔ Luggage: Limit to 2 suitcases + 2 bags (extra luggage charges apply).
✔ Damage: You’re liable for intentional damage to the vehicle.
4. Driver & Vehicle Standards
✔ Verified Drivers: All drivers undergo background checks.
✔ Vehicle Condition: Clean, well-maintained, and GPS-tracked.
✔ Rights: Drivers may refuse service if you’re intoxicated or unruly.
5. Limitations of Liability
✔ Delays: We’re not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or accidents.
✔ Lost Items: Report immediately; we’ll assist but can’t guarantee recovery.
6. Prohibited Activities
❌ No illegal substances in cabs.
❌ No unauthorized subletting of bookings.
❌ No misuse of app/website (e.g., fake bookings).
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use = acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Chennai.
